I had trouble following your different "rooms" and locations, where you live, and your "factory". I am glad you found a place to move to though. If you could explain "I have x sq ft for storage, and those are in one location." "Then I have the factory, and I live there too." I can't follow what is moving, what isn't, and what is co-located with what. 3000 sq ft in Philly seems like it would be very very hard to find.
You have allot of stuff so I don’t blame you for not wanting to shift all of it across the country or something. You shouldn’t have to move too many more times with the stuff I’ve heard about intel and the angstrom era of computing coming up.
What you are saying about living in the "country" is simply not true. It may be the case in Pennsylvania but it simply isn't true for most places everywhere else. Sounds like a really weak excuse and justification for not getting out of the city

There is a way to buy a house without a mortgage. I don't know if it's legal in PA though, and I forget what the process is called. You can make an agreement with the home seller to pay them so much per month until the house is paid off. The seller would have to agree to this deal though and you would need a lawyer to make it all legal and stand up in court in case a problem rose up. Best of luck to you in this. Housing today has become insane.

I don't want to pretend to know how you feel. I did however loose the one place that has ever felt like "home" 2 years ago after my divorce and I know how much that sucked. I was really lucky. Where I am now the market exploded for no real reason.

i dont imagine a bank would revoke and even terminate or abort the loan they may try to charge you with fraud but i doubt they will end the loan as long as you are paying it.

Is this common in "The Big City?" When rental properties change hands from one owner/landlord to another, all current residents have to just get out???? That doesn't seem right.
Hey, Fran, quick question, can you create your own company, several YouTubers are registered as content / media creators and use their incomes from several sourced adn deposit as the company's earning (sure, you would have to pay taxes on it) but that could help with the paperworks and banks

When you cant do what want, you need to do what gets you by. Time to pack up Fran Lab or make it a part time endeavor so you an focus on a job to support yourself until such time you can go back and do what you want. I don't envy your position.
