The 2023 model has cameras and music, the 2028 version comes with a tazer, and the 2031 version will add a 9mm.

I think the purpose of the sound, or "music" playing is so people can just sense that it is there, whether they have full eyesight or are blind, the sound will instinctively broadcast its presence and location so you immediately know where it is. It's like the sound electric cars have to make at low speed so you know a car is coming, but it is a moving obstacle that people have to avoid and it can be in unpredictable spaces. I think it is quite nice.
Toss a hula hoop over it and it's demobilized.
I'd love to see someone attach a plunger to it.

I always thought, "Dalek", was a slur for something.
as in, "You Dalek! Cheese is not a vegetable."
Then again, I'm pretty sure we've all called someone a "tardis" while driving.
