I remember seeing this film as a kid in elementary school. Everyone in the classroom would laugh and say that we never chug-chugged like that to school.
A movie made by Hans Fischerkösen, between 1948-1952. Hundreds of these short animation films were produced (1919-1945) for the UFA Berlin and different companies.
Wonder if it is from the DDR. It’s got a very Norwegian State Broadcasting childrens programming in the late 70s/early 80s feel.
