It's nice to see you working in or on the lab again.
One time a flat pack plant rack I bought came with an S shaped Allen wrench, and I was like, "Oh man .. where have YOU been all my life ❤️" The extra bit makes it so easy to just keep turning the handle
One of those life lessons is wait until your dad comes to help you to assemble those damn thing’s!

It's amazing how much sensible stuff sails right by in the moment of the job. It took longer than I'd care to admit to figure out that I should come up with means of supporting complicated joins. 🤣
This is an excellent project side bench. Rolling on rattely uneven floor the bolts became a bit loose on mine after a while; changed to Nylon stopper nuts, and solid ever since.

Things like squaring things up before tightening, adding some blue LockTite, adding some wood glue on dowels, using better tools, get off the floor, and such make a large difference in the longevity of the items and the assembly technician!
Wish more 'how-to' videos would stress the importance of leaving fasteners slightly loose until they're all in, and of using a set-square.
Sure wish Fran's common sense was more common on YouTube.
