Don't you hate those legal documents written by lawyers? That endless text could be summed up in a few words: they're not responsible for ANYTHING AT ALL that might happen during this flight. Case closed.

This sounds like the Golden Ticket contract from the 1971 movie, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

WHEREAS For damage caused by lightning, earthquakes, floods, fire, frost or frippery of any sort, kind or condition, consequently the undersigned take responsibility.

Maybe everyone can take turns doing a full length fly through?…bit like playing tunnel ball but with you as the ball…
There must be hand holds within the cabin to steady already frayed nerves and touchy stomach's…
No vestibular neuritis patients I hope…best of luck

T&Cs sound like they were written by 2nd yr intern?….if they don't say it once, they say it a dozen times…
I like Fran's version better "can't do this, can't do that, blah, blah…"
"Anything known or unknown, related to your experience & participation is your responsibility, we are not liable"….end of story.

I think you're really over-thinking this. Look at it in simple terms: you will have enough space to move around. You will have 2/3 of the plane, and that 2/3 will have neither seats nor overhead luggage compartments. Bring your experiments.

The one zero-g experiment which is likely to go well on YouTube right now is a chain fountain (Mould effect) test, see the current feud between Steve Mould and ElectroBOOM (Mehdi Sadaghdar) channels about conflicting explanations for it in their latest videos.

Regarding legal complexities, I'm going to share a big "secret" that was once shared with me. Of course, most accept the notion that society has become more litigious and blame that. But there is a darker root cause. I was involved in a case that went to the CAFC (Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit) and ultimately the Supreme Court. At the oral arguments before the three-judge CAFC panel, I was taken aback that ALL of the discussion was about arcane procedural issues and not one word about the merits of the case. (Did you know that different federal jurisdictions have different "local rules" such as what defines a "timely filing" of an appeal?) I asked our appeals court attorney (you get a special attorney for that, not the ones who handled the trial) and he said, "Chuck, you just don't get it. You see, there is this club. And that club includes practicing attorneys, judges who are almost always attorneys, and Congress, most of whom are attorneys. And the purpose of the club is to separate clients from their money. So they have made the law impossible for you to navigate. It's like it is a big game and we have the box top with the rules printed inside, and you don't."

The time Fran is reading really fast sounded eerily like one part of the Alice's Restaurant song. The actual lyrics for that part are:

"We was smokin' cigarettes and all kinds of things, until the sergeant came over, had some paper in his hand, held it up and said "Kids, this-piece-of-paper's-got-47-words-37-sentences-58-words-we-wanna-Know-details-of-the-crime-time-of-the-crime-and-any-other-kind-of-thing-You-gotta-say-pertaining-to-and-about-the-crime-I-want-to-know-arresting-Officer's-name-and-any-other-kind-of-thing-you-gotta-say" and he talked for forty-five minutes and nobody understood a word that he said.

Except when you hear the song, just like Fran speeding it up, it's pretty impossible to discern what was said.

that's why Amazonic forests are in danger, because of such papers…. anyway, dont blame
those people too much, they are the position of asking disclaimers, after all they generously made no mention of a lot of very common risks: suddenn madness of the pilot, terrorist firing of antiarcraft missile, hijacking, earthquakes, impact of asteroids, doomsday machine blast

just make short trips from side to side. wear a hat-helmet commonly used in industry. train with a bouncer!!!. protect your thighs and forearms.
then when everybody is a little tired try the long trip from rear to front. use four cameras and a gopro.. hehe.
One question the jumping and flying is before or after the typical flight meal (chicken or pasta)?

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jay Dawg says:

How long is the flight ? …. perhaps they would split the zero float .. with half buckled up and seated and other half floating around and do a rotation ..idk .. and for that price u should get 1st class seating at least when u are seated …

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ben Bradley says:

I recall a science forum from way back in the day of sub-56k communications, I think it was a Fidonet echo, one poster was obnoxious – when he didn't like what others said or they didn't answer his probing questions, he would respond "What are you afraid of?"

Now it appears a substantial fraction of the Internet is filled with people like that.
