I'm not hearing talk about this from engineers, but it is interesting enough a topic that I think we should - so please discuss!

Anti-nuclear warfare campaigners at various 'peace camps' around Britain reported unusual effects at and after demonstrations at the gates of military bases.
There was some 'leaked' intelligence that experimentation was ongoing in the the area of crowd control.
Heating up the brains of protesters was being tested as a way of generating Anger and less than Peaceful behaviour.
    This was way back, 1980s.
More recently we have had more and detailed evidence of sonics in the field of crowd control.
So we Know that this kind of research IS being done.
No need for “tin foil hat” fantasy criticisms.

The general consensus is counter survalience ultrasonic transducers placed by our people in windows to stop the laser based remote listening devices. Talking vibrates glass. Less high tech is the passive parabolic collector. Hampers them too.

lets target Mushbrain™ we all know who that is. Havana operator: IM SORRY COMANDANTE WE DONT KNOW IF WE ARE EFFECTIVE OR IF THIS IS JUST THE USUAL GIBBERISH HE IS USUALLY SPOUTING! :O

Even if correct what you described, I still wonder what would be the purpose? If you test a possible weapon, why do this on embassy personnel? That does not compute with me. I find it more likely that there is something going on in embassies in general what causes the same symptoms. Has the syndrome not also been experienced in other settings i.e. not embassies, but 'normal' offices?

to me it seems more likely to be a case of mass hysteria than any actual weapon. take some random phenomenon like migranes and strokes, add a dash of paranoia about communism and tada! cuba is microwaving brains!

'Havana syndrome' im thinking Trudeau? am i wrong? Trudeau's mother really got around in Havana?

ah i watched further and realized it was just result of 'opposing advanced technologies'

Difficult to believe that the USA haven't bothered to install detection equipment in some of their embassies or the premises where the embassy staff live. They've had years to do this since the original reports. There's also the possibility that any beamed energy weapons would cause accidental interference or damage to any sensitive electronic devices nearby – so phones, computers, cameras and such might reveal the presence of some such weapons.

Your hypothesis is valid and yes I am pretty sure they have test it. But as you said so many times in the video it is so difficult to focus the beams… And there is a very very simple counter measure: Sleep on different sides of the bed every night and protect your head with aluminum foil ! Yes the stuff …weird people wear as hats to avoid …alien beams reaching their brains! You can do the research online ( YouTube does not allow links outside …YouTube ) and you will be surprised of how powerful aluminum foil can be as microwave shielding. I am not talking about covering the whole room with foil but make a simple square piece hanging over your head when you are sleeping?
Extra protecting measure: move the bed like 1 meter ( 3 feet ) before you sleep! They will have to re-map the whole room every time you do this! Yes I do understand that the symptoms are equivalent of the symptoms you get with microwave bombarding but can be the same even from slow poisoning! Maybe this is why they do not have a definitive and conclusive answer in their reports.
Edit: Poisoning can cause brain damage as well. The same damage as in the MRI scans of the affected officials… Again YouTube is not allowing external links… So you have to do the research your self… Sorry…

The antennas would not even have to be that finely tuned…there have been MW weapon experiments here in the US that was tested on a dozen people standing side by side.

The distance was over 50 yards…the delivery system was just a directional dish antenna with a Yagi oriented horizontally in front of it and was mounted on top of a SUV.

All the subjects all reported similar reactions as Havana Syndrome and some also included the feeling of heat in their torsos.

This was all done with parts that can be acquired easily from eBay. Not to mention that the power supply was running the off SUV's 12VDC.

Also to focus you would need big antenna or antenna array compared to the wavelength, just do to diffraction.
At this frequency's damping even trough air would be significant.

Best Directed RF technology is basically "5G"

But levels need to cause significantly heat would be easily detectable in the area around the target.

    Fran,
I have a longtime friend of mine that looks and acts similar to you
and has the same background and electronics and information technology
I think you would find this quite interesting if you ever met him

I think the tech was developed to take out the electronics in drones and such, and is now being used to blast people.
Example–some years ago Clinton rode a special Amtrak to Indiana, and then flew to the DNC in Chicago. Our kids were little and wanted to see the train as it passed through a local town. A ham buddy (his brother was a fed) told me to not get near the train with anything electronic unless I wanted it to get fried. Active electronic countermeasures. The tech has been around for awhile and he was correct.

Hi Fran, interesting video 🙂 I have a non related question though, what is the piece of test kit on your bench? Looks lovely, like a sig gen or sometime, I can't quite make it out, many thanks, Rich

Aircraft weather radars have tightly focused beams and ranges of hundreds of miles. Modern ones use flat, phased array antenna, but parabolic dishes has been used before the 1980s. They are pulse modulated with up to 10-18 kW of average power, but peak envelope power into millions of Watts.

When someone turned one on while my head was around a foot away I experienced induced light flashes and audible buzzing.
