This 16mm film was a typical public service type made by regional utility companies in the 1970's, and would have been made specifically to be shown in schools. Here we learn about how curiosity kills the cat (over and over and over). There are lots of flash frames in this one, so fair warning to those who are sensitive. I transferred this 16mm film with my own Eiki Telecine. Enjoyzzzzzzzzzap!
