You Betcha! The USSR was history but the Russian military just kept on making these state-of-the-art Nixie display modules right through the 90's. I crack one open and with a little modification put it to work using Big Iron and my handy custom BCD real time clock bench supply. Enjoy!

IN-14, like most VFD and nixie tubes from USSR and ex-USSR area were made in UKRAINE, on Gazotron plant, Rivne city.

I have a box of these Soviet nixies from the early 90s. I guess the Soviet system just kept making these things till someone told them to stop rather than reacting to demand (and in this case the 'someone telling them to stop' was the collapse of the USSR)
Love that BCD bench supply. Saw the video where you made that. Awesome job! (Try to get a replacement for the white sticker. That is the only part that seems "hokey").
