Was it just me who got the vibe that the guy was telling the viewer that their place of work had signed up to some Mob-organised "protection" policy for their plant.
Very sensible then and now!
I watched the sprinkler valve monitor guy with interest because I have been in 2 buildings where sprinklers were accidentally set off and neither the fireman nor plant management knew where the valves were located so that they could shut the water off.

Haha, that is very definitely the Buxton Leather Company factory in my home town. The building still exists at 265 Main Street, Agawam MA 01001 USA. My grandfather worked there his entire career. You can see the machines used to work the leather. It's near Six Flags New England, and about 2 miles from the Basketball Hall of Fame.
Credit where credit is due: the place never burnt down.
