Extra points if you can identify all the parts of this montage - there are some curve balls! One of the intro montages I created for my SuperHappyFunTime internet radio music show from 2012 that I was running on Loudcaster - back in the days when doing those kinds of independent completely open free-for-all internet music shows were still possible. Around 2013 or so all universal licensing for internet radio broadcasting was regulated out of existence for good, and it became the sole realm of big broadcasters and my pirate internet radio show went off the virtual air for good.
Enjoy!

A bit from " Buckaroo Banzai"…
I honestly didnโt know this kind of stuff was basically gone. I remember growing up in the 2000s and randomly tuning into various internet radio stations through iTunes or rhythmbox and being fascinated by what Iโd find. I eventually got distracted by other things and kind of forgot about internet radio. Sucks that the internet has become such a closed box in so many ways, when it used to be something that gave me a sense of freedom and wonder.
Laugh it up monkey boy = buckaroo banzai
Little Big Man
"monkey boy…" Buckaroo Banzai!!!
My favorite Year with Peter O'Toole and Mark Lynn-Baker
I can relate.
Raising Arizona!
WFMU still doin it, and well!
Was that the Warden from Cool Hand Luke?
Was that Peter O'Toole? With just a hint more Irish he would sound very like Terry Wogan, appropriate for a DJ.
Lovely! ๐
