I'm fine so don't worry - but please be patient while I get things sorted out on the home front. I'll be back to the usual stuff in no time. Just give me a couple more weeks.

I hope you are feeling better
Since you have a technical and analytical nature (among other traits no doubt) it would be typical that your head would be non-stop spinning about such things. I wouldn't be surprised if you got online to further research this and that and whatever the doctor discussed. What works for me is to do all the logical things that need to be done, and then continue living life worry free. That's hard for most people to do. But worry (or fear) does nothing positive so long as the correct tangible steps that might be motivated have been taken. When bad times arrive for me, I like to always have a little inner voice that is overlooking the usual me that might tend to be fearful or harbor panicking voices. It's sort of a safety valve where I might give myself permission to experience fear for awhile, the upper voice is calm and tells me that is OK and normal, but must not dominate your life and to move past it. There is this old fable about the hungry bear and the starving tiger. A monk is confronted by the hungry bear that starts chasing him. The monk does the logical thing of running, but has no fear. He comes to cliff. Still with no fear, he does the logical thing of jumping off to evade the bear even though there is a starving tiger at the bottom of the cliff. But part way down is a branch he can grab. Logically he grabs it with the hungry bear above and the starving tiger below. The branch is starting to crack and it is only a matter of time until it breaks. Then he sees some wild strawberries within reach. He picks some and completely enjoys his last meal with no fear. Fear and worry would have only detracted from his life, not added to it.
You just described what happened to me to a T. Glad you are doing much better.
forget the meds they will only make you worse, do some walking and 3 meals a day will sort you out 👌
If you can get a UV-C sterilizer lamp-fixture at a power rating of at least 8 Watts or greater you can put a mask a few inches under it for about 30 minutes. Expose both sides.
You have to take care of yourself. Find a way to have proper protein, vegetables, and fibre in your diet! This is important! Find a way to do some basic exercising at home. Use light weights in the range of 5 lbs or less. There are many videos on line showing how to do some low impact exercising that will give benefits.
Sorry to hear about your health problems, wish you feel better soon!
Please listen to your Doctor, and take good care of yourself first, everything else will follow, Sweetie!
Careful with those kinds of meds =/ they can snowball quick. Try and stick to the bare minimum. Get well soon !
I started walking ,to get hungry and to sleep..to be more muscle tired…works ok , cost ,zero…godspeed
I'm a insomniac but don't like sleep meds we need someone to be with sometimes ☮️☯️
Fran did you have cardiac or heart problems back then (I'm not saying it in a mean way) but if you have a heart problem then hugs is a good way to explain how I feel ❤️💜💙😢🙁
Why aren't you eating?
UVC Light to de-virus, you can probably sink one of them in a basin of hot water and a few drops of plain bleach then soak it and after a while cold tap rinse and dry it sitting on a clean towel to dry.
There have been hospitals using electron beam sterilisers, the fabric is getting destroyed by that though..
