I did a response to your WTF video, I hope you don't mind. I've been experiencing something very similar, and being a smaller channel, your video helped a lot. When a larger channel experiences it, it's more "real". I contacted YouTube, and they said they don't see a problem. =\
However, I monetize everything, and still my suggested traffic has dropped steadily since the beginning of the year. I've nearly doubled my subscribers this year, but watch time and views have stayed flat, with my best videos throttled way back.
So, I'm seeing it too, you're not alone.
I hope your unexpected move goes well, I'm glad you've felt the love on your GoFundMe campaign (awesome!), and I really enjoy your content.

Hi Fran. I found out about your YouTube channel through Dave's Wonderful World of Fun Stuff on Twitter. I was instantly intrigued by your work with op amps, ICs, etc. Plus Frantone, too? Wow! Your electronic demos took me back to my days as an avionics technician. The Space News is tres cool too – I was lucky enough to help code command and control SW at the Mission Control Center here in Houston. Hope your YT situation works itself out!
