Just stumbled onto this old video… I'm watching as many as I can, since I discovered Fran fixing Pee Wee's voice box in January 2023. Fran, I can't believe I didn't find you sooner. Julia AND Jill? I love it!! I got to meet Jill at a Starbucks once (and I liked it)!!
I met Julia a few years ago at a reception in Rochester, Minnesota. Had a great conversation on doing community theater.
Great video and totally unexpected.
Julia is obviously a lover of thing's, people and so on, she'svery warm, and has a big funny bone.
That comes through in her comedy, which is all I'm familiar with. What's great is that "Pat" is not a fictional character, because we've all met people like Pat or a Chris, etc. I knew a woman that looked exactly like Pat and acted similar, so it was great fun and the never ending elusiveness to the gender on snl gave us interest in the next episode of Pat. Robin Williams and Richard Pryor did a lot on real people that they had met or knew.
Jim Carey is another.
Trust me people..

So so thank you. I used to hang out at the groundings around the time that Julia was exiting and 'Making it big'. I have met her and she is just as you have captured here.
