It kinda looks like they built this around (or rather, into) existing cassette mailer cardboard stock.. must have gotten that cheap somewhere.

I've thought of re-purposing a real cassette tape as the case for a TinyDuino Processor Board.
Cool toy! I purchased a Cassette that fits cassette player and plays MP3's on the larger SD cards, it also acts as a stand alone player, kind of cool, I saw it on a Youtube video and thought it was cool enough to spend 6 bucks on. Works good in my walkman clone.
