Sounds familiar: In IT and systems analysis – "build them exactly what they want… they don't know what they want". So true.
As a huge fan of the maker community. Iโd love to have dinner with Fran and Jamie Hyneman. While I also admire Adam Savage, Iโd rather meet with him privately. Adam tends to dominate conversations. Fran and Jamie are more low key. I have crackpot builder ideas Iโd love to brainstorm with them.
Gracias!
Probably the best video on entrepreneurship giving an accurate view of who is it for and why do it. This talk is by far better than any Y combinator videos. As someone taking up this path, I thank you so much for sharing your journey. Your journey stands as a guiding line for me, I have already watched this talk multiple times and will continue to do so in my journey. Thanks Fran.
"Be tough and keep your cool." Thank you, Fran. It's been tough these past few years. Even more so this last one. "Be tough and keep your cool" is what I needed to hear. It's already making a difference.
Wow! Grateful for the excellent breakdown. Thank you Fran. You are one in a million.
(not my account) Ashe: I'm glad I found your channel over plastic welding today. I'm always worried about "jack of all trades" being a negative thing. Cool to see a Jackie do well. You're awesome.
Its not as depressing as it sounds. By the time you can make mountains of money and you can tell great stories.
And last but not least …. CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT which deliver reliability, customer loyalty and potentially extra $$ (depending the nature of the product or services)
Thank you, this was fascinating. You are truly a wonderful treasure. Wishing you continued success in all your endeavors โผ๏ธ
