Where are you going to sleep? Please tell us your not going to be a hobo renegade again?
What's the deal with the railing against the window?
Yay! Good stuff Fran, get it to your satisfaction, looking forward to the new stuff that will come out of there.
I’m sure you going to make it work out fine!
Shake off the stress and take a deep breath Fran!
Great news Fran! I will be awaiting the next video of Fran Lab 3.0!
Will FranLab 3.0 have an actual kitchen (if not used as such?) What about a Loft?
The layout looks pretty cool. That vertical space would feel nice.
What's the total sqm/sqft?
Walking distance to the wood shop is important. And yes the office is important, set up a good green screen for talking head screen overlay capture, multiple screens etc.
So excited for you!!
Feel for you and how disheveled it must seem…take one thing at a time and keep your eye on the prize. Good luck
Lots of high racking (just like an old library) may help out with the lack of floor space Fran. I hope you settle in OK and wish you well with the fit out.
Windows look amazing! The view from the top of those stairs would make for an interesting timelapse video during move in and long projects 😀
It looks like you'd have more floor space if you put the room on it's side. Have you tried shifting the phase of your gravity by 90º?
You need a mobile ladder. Any excuse.
So happy for you!!!! Congrats!!!!
Looks great! I can't wait to see how it all comes together.
