Experimental first episode of a new installment I am calling Fran Reads where I would get to highlight books that I am reading or that I have pulled out of my library that I would like viewers to maybe check out themselves. In this episode I read a short story from the Tom Hanks book Uncommon Type. If you like this one the I'll do more in the future, so please leave a comment and tell me what you think.

I was on the fence about buying Uncommon Type, now I’m getting it. Just found your channel by the way.
Tom Hanks is a twat. Sorry just my opinion
Nicely done, Fran. I'm sure Hanx would be proud.
Well read Fran. Yes, more please. An excellent recommendation. Thank you Mr Hanks, you have transported me back to a younger self.
Damn Fran,,, Now I want to take a Nap..zzzz..I am saving this one for Nap time..
I like it! Surprisingly good! Try it a few more times before making any decisions.
I enjoyed it. Thanks
Great read. Thank you!
I had the pleasure of meeting Alan Bean twice. Once he came to a local event hall for a dinner and meet & greet, where I won a raffle prize–a personalized signed lithograph of one of his paintings. The second time he came to the Stellafane Springfield Telescope Makers Convention.
Fun book. I read it last year, now I own six typewriters.
Welcome to Franible. What book would you like to listen to today?
