Another 16mm film from my archive and Oh, the nostalgia for Saturday mornings of my youth, when these short little films would blare their very catchy educational tunes in between the Bugs Bunny and Road Runner cartoons. As always I transferred this reel with my own Telecine and adjusted color to taste. Enjoy!

I remember that playing in the 80s on TV. I also remembered thinking about that not too long ago. Though that bill had better pack some serious luggage nowadays. We here in Washington voted to end that about 2 years ago now. We sent it off to Congress for approval and apparently it's still sitting there because we are still changing our clocks. I'm kind of wondering if our submission for approval is lost on somebody's desk by now. I certainly would not guess that it would take them more than two years to get around to stamping a Yes or a No on it.
Kids in school would sing this to me!
Somebody should show this to Congress!
Eclectic as ever , marvelous. Today I rewired a battered Frantone v9 Big Muff 3003a..what a pedal you designed Fran!!
Someone had made a balls of trying to mod it, Its now in Harmonics music Liverpool , garnering great praise from the fuzz fans
I hadnt heard that in YEARS!
You're the best, Fran!
Anyone remember Hitachi's "Get Perpendicular" flash movie? Bill is now a Bit, with a voice that sounds very similar. It's on YouTube, of course.
I remember this one !!!
I thought this was from The Simpsons, didn't know it was real.
Wonderful memories here ๐
Oh Boy, saw this many times as a kid of the 70s.
I wonder if this was based on a real bill/law about buses stopping at the RR tracks… When I rode the bus to HS, it always stopped at the tracks and some designated older student got out and would look and wave the bus across while jogging ahead and then get back on to proceed the rest of the trip to the school.
This film was single-handedly responsible for me actually becoming interested in Civics class back in Junior High School.
Ironic timing. As a joke I just recited the preamble this morning to someone out of memory thanks to schoolhouse rock haha
