I love the colors.
Hi Fran,
just discovered your channel and your work a couple of weeks ago. I enjoy all your videos very much. Again and again 😉 Thank you very much!
Last week I received my first Frantone pedal, the Cream Puff. It sounds absolutely gorgeous. Never heard such a great sounding fuzz before. So thick, creamy, lots of low end, easy to dial in, great with low and high strings, also with chords without getting slushy. It will be in competition with my FuzzHugger Doom Bloom on my board. What an awesome pedal. Now I will already get my next Frantone pedal soon, the Vibutron.
Keep going on with your fascinating stuff! By the way, I love your hat.
Greetings from Germany, Helmut
Little Fran, it's GREAT that you make all your Guitar boxes by hand, but if they are as good as the reviews suggest, maybe you should contract other people to do all the work for you. You could control who and where each unit was made and tested. Dave Jones is using a USA Company to make his multimeters. You could also license these boxes to a third party to manufacture and market. Great products, like your designs, should be made available to to the entire guitar community. In addition, your FranTome WEB Site, should have a separate store section, so that people can order your products on a regular basis. I know these designs are like your children and you do not want to let them go, but the Guitar Community NEEDS your designs. If I can help you with this process, and if you will let me help, let me know.
Yer one groovy person! =)
I'm watching your story about it 🙂 i like its
This sort of success could not happen to a better person than you Fran.
I had three failed Kickstarters behind lol 😀 People dont realise how difficult it is to make a very successfull campaign. Awesome Fran 🙂
you are so smart for a human. I am wondering if you could give me some advice or help. I need to build a DC to ac inverter. to run my home off grid. I think I have the output stage figured out. but the boost stage is my. problem. I'm thinking I need about 6kw at 120 vac. from 24vdc. I have watched so many videos and read so much on the net. about boost converters. smps and push pull transformers. I may have confused my self. I was thinking. use a 555 and some FETs. with a transformer. in a push pull configuration. but what about regulation. I love your videos. I am new to electronics. this is my first big project. I'm also self taught. and most of it was in the last year. every thing I have seen on YouTube is lower voltage and amperage. I need like 30 amps out put. any help is greatly welcomed. thank you.
Congratulations on the project!
Hi Fran, love watching your videos (nothing personal) 🙂
What if you made those links clickable on youtube? I am sure that alone would boost number of visitors.
Congratulations Fran hugs
This off-topic, Frane, however how is your Saturn V LVDC project going?
I saw your plastic welding video which was great and decided to sub you. Now I gotta check out these pedals, my guitar needs one!
Wow ! Words fail me….
Amazing project! I don't play myself but I appreciate the sound of good effects and the effort to do something like this. Do you play, if so can we hear it? Where did you source the metal cabinets? What's the music playing at the end? What's your opinion on the Impossible Polaroid film?
<3
REALLY looking forward to getting my Peach Fuzz!! Thanks Fran. Wish you much success. Cool info regarding the paint. Going to sign the Polaroid petition too
Awesome stuff Fran!
