This is the third of my 3-part vlog mini-series on high quality PCB manufacturing. In these vlogs I will show the specialized tools and equipment that you will need to make your own high quality PCB's from scratch, with step by step demonstrations of each stage - from rendering and checking the artwork, to applying the resist to copper clap boards, to etching, to drilling the PCB's.

You are so awesome, Fran.
what kind of drill is this?
"Flit gun".
What about liquid tin? Then you really wouldn't have to worry about tarnished boards.
Can't seem to find the assembly videos which you said would probably be 2 parts.
A "food saver" vacuum sealer is a great way to package up boards to prevent oxidation until you are ready to use them.
whayt type of your drill and did you modify it? can you tell people how to modify drill to use in pcb
Is there anything you don’t know how to do? Love your channel, watch it a lot.
What did you do to reduce the runout? Replace the chuck and arbor? What does this tiny drill press use?
That's a wonderful tip for the use of the aquarium pump! Thank you!
Thanks, great series, thanks for your time and explaining all of the details about the process.
Thanks so much for the filter info!
Thank you Fran. I appreciate your sharing of your practical knowledge and insights here. And, you're quite charming.
put simple a small pace tape onto the dril it will fan the dust away en keep the nozzle from the vacuum cleaner close bay alsodip this stuf after scrubbing wit soap en rinsing I put the pcb in ferric chloric accid for a short time until it losing the copper shine rinse en dry than put the tonner on the board it will stik much better to the board, en i am having just ordinary paper in the printer.
