Its so sad to see her displayed Like this. As Fran has stated it a Grumman S-2 Tracker used by the US Navy as a submarine hunter. This S-2 has been retired from the US Navy and before it crash landed in Philadelphia was being used as a water bomber to fight forest fires.
Reminds me of the chain of pizza restaurants (La Fabula?) in Mexico. The have a small pseudo-aircfaft protruding from their buildings.

For a lay person its cool, for someone who's spent a life time in Navy Aviation and grew up surrounded by military aviators on a few grass fields…. that, is the thing of nightmares. shudder

that is a bit different
The body language of the plane with one side of its face to the ground, is rather similar to my CairnTerrier when she wipes her face by snuffling along the junction between the couch and the floor with one ear to the ground and her butt in the air.
So I am going to call this “totally Frandom” love it
