The Super Secret Project has been officially declassified and I have been given the go ahead to start publishing my mission logs. Here is the first one where I talk about my first thoughts about the project and how I planned to go about making a latch assembly for the Apollo 11 Command Module hatch using a combination of new and very old methods.

๐ Whew!
Smithsonian brought me here.
It occurs to me you could try using Blender 3D to import STL and export DWG. Not sure how good a job it does of it, as I'm not an Autocad user; but I know Blender can do it.
What's the deal with the red phone Fran? POTUS direct link?
It was never actually declassified! Expect the Men In Black, soon!
I am subscribing. You are a fascinating capture of an obsessed creator. Thank you for verbalizing your mental processes.
Please publish daily.
I'm stoked, listening to you Talk ist actually not that easy for me as a non native speaker, your choice of words is extremely exact and scientific, you should really speak german ๐
Are you going to plasticize the wood???
Your making your way job more complicated than it has to be….
I could replicate the entire model in fusion 360 within an hour and have the gcode for all of it ready to run within 1-2 hours milling it on a cnc router isn't complicated. if your machine is that difficult get something better.
you got way too much to think about and need to work on lightening the load. make things easier on yourself.
this is the first part i've seen so far but i hope you get a good part without too much hassle.
Could someone explain what this is and why it is important I have a hard time following all she is saying. Not trolling.

The best way to organize, MAKE A LIST!!! โค
something that might help in the future: they also provided fusion360 .f3d cad files. these can be opened in fusion360(which is free) and you can then make CAM toolpaths directly in fusion or export it as .step, .iges, or even .svg from a face.
Love your energy.
