I'm a British man in his mid 50's and love you and your content. I stand by you and your friends to show public support for each other and its quite obvious given the reaction, that so much is still to do to bring everyone together in acceptance and love for who we all are. We are all Human and we should celebrate all of its richness of life and not hate on our differences!
I had the same thing happen to me because I talked about the 3 branches of government. I disabled comments first. Then took the whole thing down. It's hard because you want to be yourself but it is surprising how fast people can just leave no matter how much you thought they liked you or what you do!

Unfortunately, a lot of people do make everything political, and are slaves to the opinions they are prescribed, and ordered to hate everything which does not fall in line, usually by projecting their own faults on others. I pray one day, this shit stops, but I am not holding my breathe.
I just unsubscribed when I heard that Fran has censored thousands of comments because they were critical of her.
The Adam Savage book was a nice hint toward the project (with hindsight)

It's good to weed out the toxic people every so often.
Life is political, it's okay to be political. Clearly these people are the ones making who YOU are a political issue as they have throughout history. How nice if they would just leave us the hell alone, let us all exist and thrive in society, and we wouldn't have to get out there and demand dignity and recognition, for ourselves and all the other identities that intersect with our beautiful community.
Funny I too am a straight white male. Watched that video and I am still here. Had no effect on me. Love what you do and so does my grand daughter. We watch your video together when we can. Happy your here stick around
I like to drop 'litmus tests' all the time. I'll post something blatantly supportive of humanity to weed out the bigots who might still be lurking.
