For me, the downward spiral started at about 55…I work with mostly 20-somethings and it's very difficult to keep up, and I have no significant physical issues ( I can easily " ride my age" on a bike..59 miles).Attitudes toward various things can change dramatically in very short periods of time.
Most people have houses of cards. Just different designs.
