A topic that deserves its own video, as so many comments about arthritis have been posted in my Franocaster video last week. This is my personal perspective and experience, and yours may differ. Always consult your doctor about any treatment you want to try for yourself. And Enjoy.... Life!

Thanks for this Fran. This is so important
Thanks for this video Fran! It's a reminder for me to watch my diet and sugar intake and to keep exercising in the best ways for my own body. I've been feeling what I think may be arthritis for a couple of years now.
Hail Fran!
I come for the electronics. But this might be the one I learned the most. Thanks for sharing the history and strategies for living with arthritis.
100% agree. Opiates create that fear you mention. There's a term for how they increase sensitivity to pain. Lost 20 pounds since age 65 and it helped tremendously, 4 years on. Thanks for your knowledge on impact monitoring. Few people eat healthy foods, I feel like I have to go home and hide while I eat…
I sure would like to meet you. Dana
This is really good information. Thank you.
Good information. Thanks 🙏
Thank you Fran, once again , for making an episode of another way to help me help myself ! I’m going to be 70 in September and got arthritis too . Pain in the Arse . (Not literally) Worked hard like you ( lifting, moving, help patients onto my X-ray table/C.T. Table etc.) and now I’m feeling it but I notice if I’m enjoying myself it doesn’t hurt ! It’s an important thing to know and remember. No drugs , just ourselves.
I hate when Arther comes to visit. He’s a terrible houseguest !
An excellent honest open opinion. Thank's Fran. I am impressed and somewhat inspired. 🙂
Watch what you eat.
Red tart cherry supplements or juice starts reducing inflammation within 30mins and maybe get a heavy metals test. Did you get a Lymes test. Part of mine came from Lymes infection. Swimming is the best full range low impact exercise possible.
I'd have you around for a cup of tea at mine anytime. Very relaxing videos 🦊🏴🦊
