I examine the data from my recent hit video about the BINA-VIEW and try to get some insight into what makes a video take off. Not that I have any good answers - but you can look at the data and decide for yourself. If you figure it out please leave a comment!

I have watched the binaview video 3 times. I love your videos and love what you are doing and you are a great person!
So some think you should have certain personal information at the top of every video? I never had a YouTube channel, but I have made many presentations in conference rooms, hotel banquet rooms, and such. NEVER have I felt the slightest need to preface my talk with any exposition of personal preferences or political persuasion or anything else NOT relevant. An neither should anyone have such an expectation of you.
While it may be interesting, perhaps extra interesting to some, I suspect the cause is external to anything you did. Perhaps YouTube did something more than usual. Or perhaps more likely it caught fire on some other sites and amplified the exposure that way.
I always learn something new with each of your videos and it gets the grey matter humming
“Fly paper for trolls” I love it! You’re awesome, Fran.
7 months later, and the Bina View is what brought me here! Great videos, I can't believe I didn't know about you sooner!
Doing my normal browsing YouTube randomly suggested the video in question. I haven't seen your videos in years. I've been watching your videos now for several days.
A most interesting discussion. I have often marveled at the algorithm YT uses. I have nothing like your success, but I have had a few astoundingly out of orbit videos of 60K and 30K when my normal till I switched subject has been 1K. Now that I am on a new tack it is halved. curious….
Love your channel. Love you too. Invaluable insights.
Franalytics! Nice, the kids call that mewn!
If you start adding the letters ASMR to the end of your titles, and start gently tapping on everything you show on screen, your views might start to increase.
Came from the An old video on TUBES stay for the Fran the algorithm is absolutely stupid never shows me your vids finally got one in my recommendations again!!
I really enjoy watching your videos.
Clever clickbait tactic is a big factor on youtube. Another factor is of course "sex sells" marketing. "Despacito" by Luis Fonsi featuring Daddy Yankee is the most-viewed video on YouTube, with over 6.7 billion views as of May 2020. And who is in center of this video?
I wish YouTube would allow me the same kind of success, been a Double Standard for me.
