That box of junk is so relatable.
Pinhole adapter box is from a Zeiss stage micrometer.
Yea! Every engineer has similar box of everything)
Great idea for a series. I'd love to see more of the vault!
Yes. THIS is the content that I love!
I have boxes like these, but whenever I go through them like you just did, I make a point of listing at least some of the more important contents on the side – else I'd never remember what components I may have in my "junk bins". I find that, when I list just a few of the items, it gives my brain context to remember many of the other unlisted items in the same box.
Your Warehouse is more exciting the Disney world ..cool cool stuff
I used to love junk boxes of all sorts of things… even sorting out nuts and bolts, I usually found interesting and tended to put me in a relaxed yet focused meditative state of mind… but in my later years now with poor eyesight, and arthritic hands and shoulder joint issues, I don't have the required patience any more.
You are super intelligent, God bless u 🙏
Love it
One word: More!
I love the work you do
Is that pinlite item a demo version of the pinlite incandescent 7-segment? It kinda looks like it's encased in solid acrylic though rather than hermetic glass.
Ah – those Exar ICs! Impossible to find them on the secondary market today. XR2240 was my favorite "blinkie" core chip in the late 1970s.
