Another 16mm film from my archive and Oh, the nostalgia for Saturday mornings of my youth, when these short little films would blare their very catchy educational tunes in between the Bugs Bunny and Road Runner cartoons. As always I transferred this reel with my own Telecine and adjusted color to taste. Enjoy!

Now we're talking!
Kind of reminds me of beastie boys intergalactic video 😅
Its crazy that I haven't seen these since the 70's and I still remember the words to these songs. Clearly I was glued to Saturday morning cartoons at a young age
This and Conjunction Junction were always the best.
This is a fucking bop
Wow…. Been a long long time since I have seen Interplanet Janet. Between this one and the previous I'm Just A Bill, you are really making me remember just how old I am! I was 4 or 5 when it was made. Used to really love the Schoolhouse Rock shorts and I loved seeing them during my Saturday morning cartoons.
I believe this is what the kids today would call a banger. 🤣 Although I sort of question the wisdom of starting the itemized list of planets Janet's seen with "She's been to the sun" I'll let that go on the strength of the overall product. 🤣 Love these, and at the same time they're making me feel so ancient.
That is so sweet! Never saw that, it is wonderful.
Interplanetary Janetary
"IT'S A PLANET, DAMMIT, JANET" !
She's a galaxy girl, I hear.
