This video changed my life, and consequently, the lives others as well. Fran, you are a precious treasure. Thank you. ๐

Thanks, I really needed to hear this.
thank you
Lately I've found apologizing to be powerful.
The hardest kind if forgiveness is forgiving oneself for your mistakes, for things you should have done… should not have done… so many things. Seems by doing that FIRST maybe the rest would be easier. Thank you Fran.
I was wondering about actually forgiving someone else, as in releasing them from their shame and self hatred for what they did.
That can also be powerful. As long as you realize your can't forgive someone into being a better person
I read once that hatred is borne of feelings of helplessness

I immediately recognized your authenticity, Fran; and subscribed to your channel because of that quality. Upon listening to this reflection, Iโve recognized your wisdom. Wow!

Interesting take on justice, I would say true justice looks less like punishment and more like prevention: punishing you for how you harmed others doesn't undo that harm, but steps should be taken to limit you from hurting others in the same way in the future.
People like to wallow in self pity. Forgiveness is giving that up.
Great words Fran.
Forgiving is for the gods, I can only strive for such success that it would make everyone who wishes for the end of my vitality, eat their own liver.
Despite all this, some things are unforgivable. Your comment on "basking in the pain" is like a slap in the face for those currently suffering from a Trauma. But hey, you can forgive me for saying that.
