The US switched to first-to-file (rather than first-to-invent) for granting patents in 2013. It doesn't really matter if you can prove beyond all doubt that you had the idea first; if someone beats you to the patent office, you lose.
Have you ever tried lead holders/clutch pencils? Im just curious while just getting into drawing and currently trying out lead holders for myself. Also maybe covered in another video but what made you prefer palominos?

Ah, the Blackwing Volume 73… man do I regret not grabbing a box of those when I came across them at a stationer's once. I've never seen them since. 🙁
