silk screens are not effective its old tech
Kinda late here but the Chinese manufactures will do the big cheep boards but they tend to like 250ish amounts but you probably still looking at 5ish and in got to state this information is 3 years old

The vast majority of 45's have the small hole. I've lived in England and Australia, and have hardly ever seen one with the U/S large hole, unless it has spent time in a jukebox, or I pushed out the centre myself, by hand. The record centres appear to be designed so that they can be pushed out without needing a tool.
I remember using those Jacked up Click in inserts!
