Arthritis is actually resultant from 'normal human diet'- From agri and industrial produced foods. A strict low carb carnivore whole foods diet (which is 'proper human diet'), can reverse as well as prevent arth. Of course joint damage from advanced cases can be difficult to do anything for. Recent paeantological studies reveal a lot of joint damage from hi agri societies like Egyptians along with severe dental issues from wheat based diets. As a 64 yr old drummer with arth, I've been doing a lot better on full carnivore. No Guit fiddle ya git there Fran!

Yep, I am late to the party, but arthritis is a bitch. At 70, I know the frustration, I just can't play like I used to. Nice guitar Fran.
Arthritis is so horrible. I'm 28 and started getting it a few years back. Being a lead guitarist has always been my dream but it gets harder every day. I used to be able to just pick it up and go but now I have to do ice treatments, massage therapy and anti-inflams before I even start my practice. I miss when my hands worked better and I'm not even 30 yet lol it is a horrible feeling though when years of practice are overcome by health issues.
You could totally do a music channel.
